1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment (25–50% of total tour cost). The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the tour date. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and credit/debit cards.

2. Tour Responsibility

Spirit of Kashi is responsible for providing the services described in the confirmed itinerary. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for maintaining respectful behavior at all religious sites, following guide instructions, carrying necessary identification, and arriving at designated meeting points on time.

4. Health & Safety

Clients with medical conditions should inform us in advance. Spirit of Kashi reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to themselves or others. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
